The round 6 m pool served as a natural space divider and visual focal point in the event hall.
A round 6-metre indoor fountain served as both a space divider and visual centrepiece throughout the corporate event. The lighting was matched to the event décor, and the fountain ran with varied scenes throughout the evening.
A round Dancing Fountains
indoor fountain with a 6-metre diameter was built for a corporate event at Wanha Satama in Helsinki in spring 2026.
The production demonstrated that a water show can be delivered indoors cleanly and in a controlled manner —
the design goal was to minimise water splash. The result: only occasional droplets reached outside the pool,
and no special protection of the floor or surroundings was required.
The fountain was positioned at a central location in the event hall, where it served both as a
space divider and the visual focal point of the evening. The show programme included several
different scenes that changed at regular intervals throughout the event — the fountain was not
a static element but a living part of the event.
The lighting colour palette was designed in collaboration with the client to complement the event's
interior and overall lighting. The pool was delivered without additional decoration on this occasion,
but dressing the pool is entirely possible — best done together with the event producers to
ensure a cohesive look.
The round pool is suitable for both indoor and outdoor events. Size and programme are always
tailored to the needs of the event.
My role in the project was show design and programming as a subcontractor in a
Dancing Fountains production.

Lighting colours were matched to the event's interior — the fountain blended into the overall look of the event.
The fountain scenes and colours changed throughout the evening and kept the atmosphere alive from start to finish.
Tell me briefly what you are planning — an event concept, special effects, water show, project coordination or something else. I’ll get back to you as soon as possible and we’ll find the right way forward.
